The internationally known Bernardini's Peanuts came to existence over 100 years ago when Luigi Bernardini emigrated from Lucca, Italy to Calais, ME. Luigi began the legacy of deep-frying extra-large Virginia Redskins and they quickly became a local staple.

Today, Luigi's great-grandchildren are keeping his tradition alive by staying true to his business model and never compromising on freshness and flavor.
